Victim Almost Helps Burglar Carry His TV: Cops | NBC Philadelphia: "A Wilmington man’s kindness helped lead to the arrest of two alleged burglars, according to the Wilmington News Journal.
The Journal reports that the man returned to his home at noon on Wednesday when he noticed Gary D. Hairston, 35, carrying a flat screen television down the street.
Police say the homeowner offered to help him carry the T.V. until he noticed something strange; the television Hairston was carrying belonged to him. The homeowner then looked up at his house and noticed his door was open."

When the man turns around, the two appear to exchange a few words before the youth suddenly strikes him on the side of the head.
The older man falls on his back so hard his hat flies off, according to the video. The youth and his friends board a waiting train as a woman kneels down and touches the man and makes a phone call.
As the train pulls out, one of the youths can be heard saying, "Who just did that?" Another responds, "He laid the (expletive) out," and "He knocked his ass out." One of the youths then mimicks the punch.
Police and paramedics were called to the station and the older man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released, according to Police news Affairs Officer Robert Perez."

Otero County decided to put the State law into effect in order to thin out the forests to the test and notified the feds. Otero County Sheriff Benny House reportedly advised the feds that if they made any arrests, he would then arrest the feds on kidnapping charges.
On September 17th, keeping his Oath of Office to the Constitution and the People, Sheriff Benny House and his SWAT Team protected the tree cutters. The feds backed down! The feds were absent from the Tree Party Rebellion. This is because within the county, the sheriff is the highest law enforcement authority in the land.
Cheers, New Mexico!! The model that New Mexico and Sheriff House established can be replicated in other states when the feds overreach their authority.

"Military intervention only leads to a multiple rise in casualties and human suffering," Lavrov said.
