Julie Schenecker, 50, was taken to the hospital for evaluation shortly before midnight Friday, sheriff's spokesman Larry McKinnon said. She was suffering from a medical condition she had before being arrested on two counts of first-degree murder.
Authorities did not specify the condition, but Schenecker was shaking uncontrollably as she was led from police headquarters Friday afternoon. After being booked, she was taken to the jail's medical ward for observation."
