When Doe refused to stop kicking, one of the deputies Tased him.
'A deputy opened the door and deployed a Taser one time, which generally is a very safe, non-lethal weapon used in just that sort of circumstance,' Moschella said. 'A short time later, they realized that he was unresponsive, deputies immediately administered CPR and called for fire rescue.'"
