My concern here is the propensity of Gary Thomas to push the spurious CSM mentioned above so I’m going to focus upon the evidence documenting his teaching; another time we’ll talk further about CSM itself, and its crown jewel Contemplative/Centering Prayer, which is itself a form of meditation in an altered state of consciousness."
