Police: 3 Hurt In Possible Monroe Vehicle Bomb Blast - Detroit Local News Story - WDIV Detroit: " Monroe police are investigating an explosion that happened in a vehicle near the intersection of Elm Avenue and I-75 late Tuesday night. It happened in a wooded area away from any homes or businesses.
Monroe police said this is being investigated as the detonation of a car bomb.
Police say the three people were taken St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where they were in serious condition."
